Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and managing reservations and seating arrangements. Providing excellent customer service to ensure guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Running food and beverages efficiently to guests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, private rooms, and guest facilities, adhering to high sanitation standards. Collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

About You:

You're at least 18 years old with a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence. You have previous hostess experience, demonstrating your skills and professionalism. You can communicate effectively, providing excellent service to guests and working well within a team. You're organized and detail-oriented, ensuring every guest interaction meets our high standards. You're flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the team and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

Previous hostess or customer service experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred. Knowledge of OpenTable reservation managment application is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. High standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
