Studio Host (Trade Position - Membership Exchange)Location:
Salt Lake Pottery Studio Time Commitment:
4 hours per week (16 hours/month)Compensation:
This is a trade position - no hourly wage is paid. In exchange for your time, you'll receive either: A Premium Monthly Membership (valued at $255/month), or A 4-Week Intro to Pottery Class during your first month only (valued at $265)Note:
You must choose one or the other - membership or class - per month. The 4-week class is only offered during your first month of hosting. About theRole:
Salt Lake Pottery Studio is seeking warm, reliable, and community-minded individuals to join our team as Studio Hosts . In this trade position, you'll help support the day-to-day flow of the studio in exchange for free access to our creative space. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in pottery who wants to become part of our studio community without a financial commitment.What You'll Do:
Greet & Support Guests :
Welcome members, students, and event attendees with warmth and positivity. Maintain theStudio :
Keep the space clean, organized, and ready for use. Help with restocking, wiping down surfaces, and resetting spaces between classes.Assist During Classes & Events :
Help instructors and facilitators with setup, cleanup, and general flow. Engage withMembers :
Be a friendly, knowledgeable presence who can answer questions and support beginner potters.Studio Oversight :
Monitor the space during open studio hours and ensure safety guidelines are followed.Light Admin Tasks :
Check students in and answer simple questionsWhat We're Looking For:

This is a trade position only - no monetary compensation is provided. You'll receive either a free monthly Premium Membership or a 4-week pottery class in exchange for 16 hours/month (just 4 hours per week). Scheduling is flexible, but consistency is important.To Apply:
