Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in assistance Manage reservations and seating arrangements using Tock systems to optimize flow and reduce wait times Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service delivery Maintain guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and courteously Monitor waiting areas, manage guest flow, and communicate wait times effectively to enhance guest satisfaction Uphold cleanliness standards in the host station and waiting areas, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Skills Proven experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for reservation management and check-in procedures Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating guest relations expertise Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving protocols, and guest services best practices Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster guest loyalty and satisfaction Join us in creating memorable experiences through energetic hospitality!
