Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay gracious under pressure. Professional appearance, punctuality, humility, and team-first mentality. Comfortable taking direction, receiving coaching, and refining hospitality technique. Interest in Peruvian, Japanese, Nikkei, seafood, sushi, steakhouse, wine, cocktails, or elevated hospitality environments preferred.
