• Overview:

• Join our team as a Host/Host and be a key player in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our restaurant. Your welcoming attitude and organizational skills will ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival with a friendly and positive demeanor
• Escort guests to their designated tables and present menus promptly
• Assist in seating arrangements to optimize dining space efficiently
• Answer incoming phone calls, handle reservations, and provide restaurant information as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/host station
• Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service flow
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and courteously
• Manage waitlists effectively during busy periods, accurately estimating wait times

• Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food service industry practices and procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Excellent phone etiquette and capability to manage multiple phone lines As a Host/Host, you will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to exceptional guest service and fostering positive guest relationships.
