We are seeking friendly, organized, and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Host/Hostess at our Korean BBQ restaurant. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently Seat guests in a timely manner while balancing server sections Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about wait times and menu offerings Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area Assist servers and staff as needed to ensure smooth service Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism Coordinate with team members to manage table flow and maximize seating

Qualifications:

Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Skills (Not Required): Familiarity with Korean BBQ or restaurant operations Experience using reservation or POS systems
