Responsibilities Customer Engagement and Service Actively engage, educate, and interact with customers to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. Assess and meet the needs of every Savu guest with kindness, ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Maintain a positive attitude in all scenarios and handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism. Serve as an ambassador for Savu Sauna, driving return clients and building lasting relationships. Marketing and Community Involvement Collaborate on marketing initiatives targeting the local market to attract new customers. Work with events and community partners to create referral opportunities and promote Savu Sauna. Represent Savu Sauna at local events and in partnerships, helping to grow our presence in the community. Operational Excellence Ensure consistent quality in folding robes and towels and keep accurate counts to prevent theft. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa space and saunas throughout the day, conducting routine checks and wipe-downs between guests. Perform end-of-day duties, including prepping for the next day, thorough clean up, locking saunas and the office, and securing all outdoor furniture. Take initiative in all tasks, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and attention to detail. Requirements Prior customer service experience is preferred. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Capacity to squat, bend, and carry laundry bags up to 30 pounds, and water jugs up to 50 pounds. Ability to manually shovel snow sometimes multiple times a day in inclement weather Ability to carry chairs in and out of the office area. Willingness to perform maintenance duties, including cleaning saunas, wiping floors, sweeping, emptying trash, and folding laundry. Availability to work Saturdays Preference if you can also work at our Burlington Lakeside location
