Job Description
At John Howie Steak and Whiskey by John Howie, we pride ourselves on delivering an unforgettable dining experience. We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our family. At the front desk, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they walk through our doors. Requirements
- Previous front desk experience in fine dining restaurant 2+ Years-Washington State food handler and liquor permit-Positive, Upbeat and Friendly demeanor-Self starter, reliable, and trustworthy-Open availability with schedule-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Opentable and Resy experience
- Toast POS experience a plus Leadership
- Ability to listen generously and take necessary coaching when needed-Ability to multitask under pressure-Ability to handle conflict
- Assume positive intent will crew members and guests-Treat Each other like family. If an issue occurs, each person acts with respect and communicates in a professional manner to solve the problem-Ability to learn from others-Do the right thing always.
