Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Host/Hostess to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Greet guests promptly with a positive attitude, making them feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the restaurant's offerings Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns courteously and ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Skills Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service hospitality roles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Knowledge of restaurant POS systems such as Toast POS is preferred Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across hospitality environments Familiarity with serving protocols, guest relations, and hospitality standards enhances your effectiveness in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
