Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Host. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by assisting with various tasks and providing excellent guest service.

Duties:

• Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
• Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables
• Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments as needed
• Removing used dishes and silverware from tables
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas
• Assisting with general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Assisting guests with any requests or inquiries they may have
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Skills:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality
• Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively assist servers and kitchen staff
