Now Hiring for Servers, Carvers, and Hosts! These are hourly positions that require nights, weekends & holiday availability. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Our Restaurant Host(s) welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival. Host(s) answer the phones in a positive and friendly manor; & manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to tables._ Pay for Hosts is $18/hr. _ Perform basic opening/closing side work Answer questions about food, beverages, and style of service Accept and manage to-go and 3rd party food orders When possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant Notify party when table becomes available Provide guests with estimated waiting time Upon seating, offer guests menu and inform them of their server's name. Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness Assist team members as needed Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return ___________________________________________________________________________________________ As a server, you would be responsible for serving items, fulfilling customer needs, offering drinks and desserts, removing and replacing plates, replenishing utensils. Ensure high food and drink quality in an efficient, cordial and pleasant manner. Pay for Servers is $17.13 PLUS TIPS. Practice teamwork Answer questions about food, beverages, and style of service Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas Perform basic opening/closing side work Assist team members as needed by the restaurant manager Collecting and processing payments using the MICROS system ____________________________________________________________________________________________ At Texas de Brazil, the gauchos are responsible for preparing various meats, cooking various meats over an open flame, then serving the meats table-side to guests in the dining room. • Kitchen/Cooking experience is a plus but not necessary. Pay for Carvers is $17.13/hr
