Hostess/Busser

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Host/Busser to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure smooth dining experiences. This position will also give you the potential to grow and move into other positions within our restaurant. Wage and Hours

• $17.17 hourly pay
• Tips given weekly
• Shifts are anywhere between 4
• 8 hours
• Potential to pick up more shifts as needed Qualifications
• Food Handler's Permit Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu items
• Operate Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing
• Maintain cleanliness of the host station and dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Answering phone calls for guest inquiries or for taking to-go orders Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• Knowledge of guest relations and customer service principles
• Familiarity with restaurant industry standards
• Proficient in phone etiquette for communicating with guests
