Ron's Place —a Kenosha staple known for our legendary burgers and famous Long Island teas—is hiring Hosts to join our energetic team! We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and efficiently managing dining operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and comfortable multitasking during busy shifts. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, politely in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Manage the reservation system and waitlist Provide accurate wait times and coordinate table turns Support the front-of-house team as needed Cleaning dishes and putting them away. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience preferred but not required—we're willing to train Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
