Washington Ave. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of hosting experience in a fast paced environment managing the pacing of multiple spaces at once. The Lead Host is the first face our guests will see, and as such confidence, professionalism, calm under pressure, and being able to think on one's feet are required. Familiarity with Resy is a plus. This is a tip eligible position. Mint Mark is a produce-forward shared plate restaurant and bar showcasing the best of Wisconsin's bounty. Having moved to our new location on E. Washington Ave. in 2024, we are now adding The Perch, our rooftop bar and patio. Together we are providing the best hospitality experience possible, constantly striving to grow and provide our guests with new flavors and experiences to enjoy.

Pay:
