Host Teays Valley Duties :

Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills Strong customer service and guest services orientation Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry is a plus Good understanding of guest relations and ability to communicate effectively INDFOH
