Host/Hostess

• Job Summary
• We are seeking a dedicated Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take and deliver orders efficiently, and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests. Scheduling will be during our business hours: Tuesday through Thursday 11am to 9pm, and Saturdays 3pm-9pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Friday and Saturday are a must.
• Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
• Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff
• Check out customers
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Process payments accurately using Rezku POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines
• Familiarity with basic math for order taking and bill calculation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
