Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing the kitchen, and stocking all included breakfast items. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area. Skills Previous experience as a Host/Host or in food service is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
