Position Summary:

The Front Desk Clerk is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service. This position is responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering questions, and resolving guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Process reservations, payments, and room assignments Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Follow hotel policies and procedures Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management

Qualifications:

Customer service or hospitality experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
