Front Desk Agent / Bartender — 2nd Shift

Hotel Finial is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Agent / Bartender to join our guest services team for our evening shift. This is a dual-role position that includes both hotel front desk responsibilities and bartending duties. The right candidate will be comfortable welcoming guests, handling check-ins and reservations, answering questions, serving drinks, and helping create a warm and memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests and providing friendly, professional service Checking guests in and out of the hotel Answering phone calls, guest questions, and reservation inquiries Handling payments, guest accounts, and basic front desk tasks Serving beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages at the hotel bar Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and bar area Assisting guests with requests, concerns, and local recommendations Monitoring the lobby, bar, and common areas during the evening Restocking bar supplies and communicating supply needs to management Following hotel policies, alcohol service laws, and cleanliness standards Helping support a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for guests Ideal candidate: Friendly, mature, and guest-service minded Dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts Comfortable multitasking between front desk and bar duties Able to communicate clearly and professionally Honest, responsible, and able to handle payments accurately Able to stay calm and helpful when guests need assistance Willing to clean, organize, and help wherever needed Previous hotel, customer service, restaurant, or bartending experience is helpful Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol in

Alabama Schedule:

This position is for 2nd shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is important, as those are busy times for hotels. Why work with us?
