Growth opportunites Guest interactions Team building Job Overview We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our 3PM-11PM team in providing exceptional hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding hotel customer service. Duties
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
  • Manage reservations and room assignments
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and messages Skills
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
