The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Multilingual abilities and hotel management knowledge are highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming atmosphere Process payments securely and accurately, adhering to hotel policies Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Perform night audit duties as needed, including balancing accounts and preparing reports Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person Assist in guest relations efforts to foster positive experiences and repeat business Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor with strong attention to detail Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required Hospitality or resort experience will be considered an asset This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing memorable guest experiences through exceptional service. •The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment. This job description is only intended to provide a general description of the benefits and compensation applicable to this position.
