Integrity Hotel Management is looking for a high-energy, reliable, and welcoming Front Desk Agent to join our dual-branded team at the Avid and Candlewood Suites in Fort Payne. If you love meeting new people, solving puzzles (like the perfect room assignment), and providing top-tier service, we want to meet you! The Role As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests. Whether they are staying for one night at Avid or settling in for a long-term stay at Candlewood Suites, you ensure their experience is seamless from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

Greet guests with a genuine smile and handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently.

Expert Communication:

Answer phones, manage reservations, and provide local recommendations for the Fort Payne area.

Problem Solving:

Address guest concerns with empathy and a "can-do" attitude.

Financial Accuracy:

Process payments, handle cash, and maintain an accurate drawer.

Brand Standards:

Maintain a clean, professional lobby environment and adhere to both Avid and Candlewood Suites brand requirements.

What We're Looking For Open Availability:

This is a hospitality role! You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends .

Professionalism:

A positive attitude and professional appearance are non-negotiable.

Tech Savvy:

Ability to learn our property management systems quickly.

Integrity:
