At the heart of everything we do is care - we care for people so they can be their best. Job Summary As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This includes handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, and processing payments in compliance with hotel standards. You will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and seamless guest experience while supporting the overall operations of the front desk. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and owners during check-ins, check-outs, and throughout their stay. Manage reservations and confirmations efficiently and accurately. Maintain the organization and functionality of front desk operations. Handle multiple tasks with attention to detail while staying service-focused. Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments via phone, email, and written messages. Document relevant information in logbooks as needed. Resolve guest issues professionally and with a hospitable attitude. Provide accurate information to guests and visitors about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Coordinate special requests or arrangements as needed. Adhere to all operational policies and procedures, including those related to cash and credit card handling, safety, and security. Maintain compliance with all hotel standards to consistently exceed guest expectations. Education & Experience Previous customer service experience is required, ideally in a hotel or related field. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in English (spoken, read, and written) is essential. Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced, guest-facing role. Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs). Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift. Clearly convey information and ideas both verbally and in writing. Make sound decisions quickly and accurately, even in high-pressure situations.
