Job Description

Are you the kind of person who enjoys meeting new people, creating great first impressions, and helping guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive? Hilton Garden Inn/Home2 Suites Madison Huntsville Airport is looking for a friendly, energetic Front Desk Agent to serve as the Welcome Ambassador for our hotel and the Madison/Huntsville area.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests with genuine hospitality Check guests in and out efficiently Answer questions and provide local recommendations Resolve concerns with professionalism and care Create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and outstanding guest service skills Dependability and professionalism Strong communication and multitasking abilities A passion for helping people Hotel experience is a plus, but a great personality is even better!
