Job Description

Job description: The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while performing all front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival through departure.
Responsibilities:
Perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently Register guests by collecting and verifying required information, including contact details, stay dates, and room types Welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly, professional manner and assign guest rooms Provide guests with information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, services, and amenities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, room assignments, and payments Communicate effectively with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for arrivals Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Communicate any guest concerns or operational issues to the direct supervisor Answer incoming calls using excellent telephone etiquette Restock and maintain the Eat & Sip market , including inventory checks and product rotation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station , ensuring supplies are available and surfaces are clean Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods Requirements & Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train Excellent customer service attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Understanding of how travel planning and booking websites operate Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Reliable and dependable Working Conditions Indoor front desk environment Continuous interaction with guests and staff Fast-paced hospitality setting
