Job Description

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Clerk. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greets guests in a professional and hospitable manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Skillfully assign rooms based on room location, rate, room selling strategies, guaranteed room types, Marriott Reward Members, or group status, ensuring optimal guest experience. Issue room keys and provide escort instructions to the Bellhop for smooth guest arrivals. Knowledgeably respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, registration, local amenities, entertainment options, and travel directions, providing helpful recommendations. Why Join Us?
