Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your friendly demeanor, multitasking skills, and attention to detail will set the tone for a welcoming environment. Whether managing check-ins, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring timely resolutions. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold cleanliness standards. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Proven experience in guest services or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations will be considered a strong asset. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette are essential for success in this role.
