We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of the hotel—delivering attentive service, local insight, and warm hospitality from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in guests with professionalism and enthusiasm Assist guests with check-out and ensure billing accuracy Respond to guest questions and provide recommendations about the hotel and local attractions Address guest concerns promptly and courteously to ensure a positive experience Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership teams Manage phone calls, reservations, and administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For:
