Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a dynamic hotel environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Skills Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Proficient in front desk operations and phone etiquette. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
