Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Customer Service Representative at our prestigious Marriott Dual Brand property, where you'll be the welcoming face and efficient coordinator at the front desk. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will ensure every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls efficiently Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly to ensure complete satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and room assignments using hotel management systems Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy Assist with guest relations by offering personalized service that exceeds expectations Support front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Uphold phone etiquette standards and hospitality protocols to create a welcoming environment for all visitors Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles, especially front desk or guest services positions Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone operations Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with night audit procedures and resort/hotel operations is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Experience in hospitality or guest relations roles that demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a real difference!
