Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role combines the essential responsibilities of guest check-in and check-out, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing overnight operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. As a key point of contact, you will embody the spirit of hospitality by creating a warm, efficient, and professional environment during your shift. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Welcome guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly and professional check-in and check-out process Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly to inquiries and reservations Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with patience and a solutions-oriented mindset Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Oversee overnight security procedures, including CCTV surveillance and property inspections Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for audit purposes Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information, processing payments, and managing reservations Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Familiarity with hotel management software systems is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of service Previous night audit or front desk experience in a resort or hotel environment is advantageous Must be available to train on all shifts. 7am-3pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm & 11:00pm-7:00am.
