Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively. Maintain front desk appearance and organization to uphold hotel standards. Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Multilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.
