Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agent needed for non smoking hotel in Bullhead City that has been recently updated. Looking for reliable and friendly person(s). 2 positions now available. Candidates preferred that has computer and customer service experience. Past hotel or apartment experiece a plus but will be open to candidates with stong computer knowlege and customer service background. Housekeeping background is also a strength as well. Duties include but not a complete list: Check guests in and out, answer phones, Check guest rooms, send and receive emails, book room reservations and assist with guests questions, light filing, check with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms properly cleaned. Respond to guest comments, issues and/or complaints to help ensure guest stay is satisfactory. We receive a lot of emails and use a computer every day, so basic computer skills needed to return emails and navigate basic computer software and reservations. You will need to have reliable transportation to and from work as sometimes the hours extend before or past public transportation service times. Must have own vehicle .

Shifts available:

Morning shift available from 7 AM-330PM Evening shift from 3-11:00 pm Overnight shifts are Friday and Saturday nights 3 PM to 1 AM. Candidate must pass a basic background check. Must be able to able to stand for long periods of time and walk up and down stairs easily and lift 20 or more pounds easily and comfortable using a computer for extended periods at a time if needed. $16.75 - $18.50 per hour
