• Phoenix Gilbert is seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agents to join our opening team.

As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and delivering the exceptional hospitality Hilton is known for. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new hotel opening and help establish a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence from day one. Position Summary The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing outstanding guest service throughout the guest journey, including check-in, check-out, reservations, guest requests, and problem resolution. Successful candidates will be positive, dependable, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs Manage reservations and room assignments using Hilton systems Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas Follow Hilton brand standards, policies, and procedures Assist with pre-opening activities, training, and operational setup as needed Qualifications Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred Hilton PEP experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays High School Diploma or equivalent required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Hilton Team Member Travel Program Paid training Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to be part of a new hotel opening Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts Holiday Availability Required About Homewood Suites by Hilton
