In this role, you will manage all front desk activities, ensuring a seamless service that enhances the guests' stay.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring adherence to all company policies and standards. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of room bookings and guest accounts. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness. Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Process payments and confirm billing information accurately. Uphold a neat and tidy front desk area. Collaborate effectively with all departments to guarantee a superior guest experience.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Previous customer service experience; experience in the hotel industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with hotel management software preferred. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
