Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. Whether managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your proactive approach will be key to delivering top-tier guest experiences in a lively resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel's hospitality standards Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and room assignments while maintaining accurate records Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests and vendors across various channels Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service to enhance their stay Support hotel management in administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles and processing payments Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve an international clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Previous experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations and phone etiquette, is highly valued Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
