Front Desk Agent The Clarendon Hotel and Spa - 1.0 Phoenix, AZ Job Details Part-time $15.50 - $17.00 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Safe work practices Guest relations Working with individuals with disabilities Employee relationship building Quality assurance Venue guest services Full Job Description The Clarendon Hotel and Spa is a locally owned boutique four-star hotel in Midtown Phoenix. We have 105 sleeping rooms, an oasis pool and 50-person hydro spa, 6 poolside cabanas, and a sky deck with a view of the Downtown Phoenix skyline. The position is part time from 1pm- 9pm. Looking for people who are reliable and ready to work!
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional guest service in a positive and clear speaking voice, listen attentively to understand requests Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Verify credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank Post charges to guest rooms and/or house accounts as needed Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Pay:
$15.50 - $17.00 per hour
