Full-time Front Desk Associate About the Role We are seeking a professional and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. This full-time position is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend shifts included. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, ensuring smooth day-shift operations, and supporting overall hotel safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room inquiries Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Process payments, balance cash drawers, and maintain accurate records Assist with reservation management and daily front-office operations Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Qualifications 1-2 years of hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Motel 6 or Studio 6 experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, RoomMaster, HotelKey) is a plus Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be available for the 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM shift, including weekends
