In this lively role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that welcomes visitors, manages guest inquiries, and ensures smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your energy and hospitality expertise will set the tone for an exceptional stay, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management, customer service, and guest relations within a vibrant environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems Handle guest inquiries efficiently via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining clear communication with guests and team members Address guest concerns promptly, following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction Support night audit operations by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred Multilingual or bilingual skills are a strong asset for serving diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms is desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols is essential Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor Previous experience in night audit or resort environments will enhance your candidacy Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes a difference!
