Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently. Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all details are correct. Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and information about hotel amenities. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively. Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experiences and maximize satisfaction. Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Demonstrated customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment is essential. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency. Knowledge of guest services, resort operations, and hotel experience will help you excel in this role. Experience with night audit procedures or hotel accounting practices is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal skills combined with professional phone etiquette are key to success.
