The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. ## Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Process reservations and check-outs efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Rolling of day in our property management system PEP ## Experience
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
• Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
• Strong guest service and guest relations skills
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with hotel management or hospitality management is advantageous
