Job Description

The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is currently seeking a friendly, outgoing, individual to join our Front Desk team! Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this position, you will have several opportunities to brighten someone's day! Come see why our employees love it here!
Primary Responsibilities:
Efficiently register and check out to all guests. Follows proper billing and cash handling procedures. Displays high-level competency in the property management systems. Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven. Follows the proper work environment procedures. Ability to communicate effectively. Must be stationery for up to 8 hours. Must have the ability to move/transport up to 25 lbs. Provides excellent concierge services to guests Answers all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Other duties as assigned by Management.

Customer service skills Professional demeanor Organizational skills Effective Communication skills Initiative and creative problem-solving skills Must be familiar with the city and the attractions that it offers Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays) Hilton ONQ experience is highly preferred
