Our clients include discerning homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers seeking beautiful, functional spaces tailored to their lifestyles. We are seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Showroom Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences, building relationships, and supporting a dynamic design and sales team. As the Showroom Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring every prospective client receives exceptional service from their first interaction through their initial design consultation. What You'll Do Client Experience & Reception Open and close the showroom each business day. Welcome clients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Deliver a luxury showroom experience that reflects our brand and standards. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and website inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready showroom environment. Coordinate refreshments and hospitality for client meetings. Lead Qualification & Client Intake Engage with prospective clients to understand their project goals and needs. Gather preliminary project information, including: New construction or remodeling scope Project location Timeline expectations Budget range Builder, architect, or interior designer involvement Introduce visitors to our cabinetry collections and showroom displays. Determine whether projects align with our products and services
  • Enter and maintain accurate lead information within the CRM system.
Appointment Coordination Schedule consultations for the Lead Designer. Manage and maintain the design consultation calendar. Send appointment confirmations and reminders.
Collect project documentation including:
Floor plans Measurements Inspiration images Builder and designer contact information Ensure clients are fully prepared for productive design consultations. Administrative & Sales Support Prepare client files and project folders. Maintain sample libraries, catalogs, finish displays, and marketing materials. Track lead activity and maintain accurate CRM records. Conduct follow-up communications with prospective clients. Re-engage inactive opportunities through ongoing lead nurturing. Support vendor presentations, showroom events, and networking activities. Generate weekly reports on showroom traffic and lead activity. Showroom Operations Maintain inventory of office supplies, samples, and client materials. Coordinate sample orders and vendor communications. Assist with updating showroom displays and merchandising. Support daily showroom operations and administrative functions. What We're Looking For Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, showroom management, sales support, or administrative coordination. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Ability to build rapport with homeowners, builders, architects, and design professionals. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive. Preferred Experience Interior design, kitchen and bath, cabinetry, furniture, architecture, construction, or luxury home industry experience. Experience coordinating appointments, client intake, or sales support activities. Familiarity with design software or project management platforms is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Base salary: $50,000-$65,000 annually , depending on experience Bonuses based on sales
