Front Desk Agent Sedona Cedars Resort | Uptown Sedona, AZ 86336 Sedona Cedars Resort is accepting applications for a dependable, professional Front Desk Agent to join our front desk team. We are looking for someone with flexible availability who can reliably cover a variety of shifts as staffing and business needs change. This includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is a good fit for someone who is reliable, professional, comfortable working with guests, and able to follow procedures with minimal supervision.
Pay & Benefits Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience and fit Benefits include: Paid time off Stable, year-round work with a locally owned business Professional front desk environment Opportunity for regular hours based on performance, reliability, availability, and business needs Schedule Schedule will vary depending on business needs and staff coverage. Applicants should have dependable availability for a mix of: Morning shifts Afternoon shifts Evening shifts Weekend shifts Holiday shifts We are especially interested in candidates who can remain consistent for at least the next 6 months. Position Overview Front Desk Agents are responsible for providing professional, efficient service throughout each guest's stay. This includes reservations, check-ins, check-outs, guest communication, payment processing, daily front desk procedures, and helping maintain a smooth guest experience. This role requires good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods or guest issues. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs professionally Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, questions, and local recommendations Process payments and follow company procedures accurately Operate the Property Management System, email, and basic office equipment Complete daily reporting, shift balancing, and closing procedures when assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area Communicate clearly with housekeeping, maintenance, management, and other front desk staff Handle guest concerns appropriately and escalate issues when needed Support smooth operations during busy periods Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency Able to work independently after training Able to follow procedures and use good judgment Professional appearance and attitude Hospitality or front desk experience preferred, but not required for the right person Job Type Full-time or part-time, depending on availability, performance, and business needs Work Location In person
