Full Job Description Job Summary:
As a Bellman, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You will set the tone for their stay by delivering exceptional customer service, managing luggage transportation, and guiding guests through our beautiful historic property.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet arriving and departing guests with a warm, professional welcome. Assist guests with unloading, loading, and transporting luggage to and from their rooms/casitas. Escort guests to their accommodations while providing a brief, engaging overview of the resort's history, amenities, and room features. Deliver room service, messages, and requested guest amenities promptly. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles (valet parking) as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the front drive and lobby area. Coordinate closely with the Front Desk team to accommodate special guest requests.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, bell service, or valet preferred (but not required). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and comfortably lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for valet duties).

From $15.50 per hour
