Job Description

Job Summary Join our vibrant team at the Comfort Suites at Sabino Canyon in Tucson as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our establishment! In this dynamic role, you'll engage with guests, ensuring their stay in beautiful Tucson is nothing short of exceptional. Your passion for hospitality and customer service will shine as you manage front desk operations, assist with guest inquiries, and create memorable experiences. What You'll Do Guest Relations:
Greet and check in guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, providing them with local insight and all necessary information about their stay.
Front Desk Operations:
Manage reservations, process check-outs, handle payments, and manage incoming calls efficiently using multi-line phone systems.
Financial Integrity:
Conduct night audits to ensure accurate billing and maintain precise financial records.
Team Collaboration:
Partner closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and property standards are flawlessly maintained.
Operational Flexibility:
Maximize efficiency during lower-occupancy or quieter periods by proactively assisting with other hotel services, cross-departmental tasks, and property upkeep as directed by management.
Experience Enhancement:
Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and Choice Privileges rewards to elevate the guest experience. Basic Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a dedicated focus on hospitality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette. A collaborative, proactive attitude and a willingness to step in where needed to support overall hotel operations.
Preferred Qualifications System Experience:
Familiarity or hands-on experience with the choice
ADVANTAGE
property management system is highly desirable.
Industry Experience:
Previous hotel, resort, or guest services experience.
Language Skills:
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with our diverse clientele.
