Overview:
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Representative, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations at our hotel. We are seeking a motivated and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Check billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and ensure all transactions are handled in a secure manner. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and financial transactions Keep an organized Front Desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked Perform other duties as assigned by hotel leadership.

Training & Career Growth Opportunities Requirements:
Background in hospitality is preferred Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite Attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts Frequent use of hands and fingers for computer work, phone operation, and handling documents Ability to communicate clearly in person and by phone Occasional bending, reaching, and stooping Ability to lift and carry up to 20-25 pounds (e.g., office supplies, packages) Visual ability to read screens, reports, and guest information Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Candlewood Suites is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
