You will make sure that each arriving guest has all the details of their stay confirmed so they can being the Canyon Ranch experience immediately. You are the source of all knowledge, from restaurant hours to the best place to enjoy a quiet moment of reflection. With all the experiences we have to offer, you will start them on their journey with everything they will need. Provides services within the three functions of the Front Office (Guest Services, PBX, and Bell Services). Responsible for providing a high level of attention and customer service to all internal and external clients. Schedule (Days & Hours worked): 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Compensation:

$17.50 per hour

Since you are the expert in your area you will need to demonstrate good judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated organizational and computer skills, you may be using word, excel and power-point at any time. Its the details that a guest remembers, your job is to be memorable.
