The position available is for evening shift, 3pm-11pm, 4 shifts per week. Must have open availability. The first 2 weeks of training are during 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts.
Job Summary:
Drivers License is required to operate our airport shuttle van . We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
  • Greet guests and provide them with outstanding customer service
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate information
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in front desk operations
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette
