Front Desk Agent (Part-Time)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
• Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and managing reservations
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations and arranging transportation
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Skills
• Experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
